Purchases Through AI Shopping Channels

This store, The In Crowd Network, is operated by Bearings & Fetzer LLC, 1815 North Etting Street, Philadelphia, PA 19121. We are the seller of record on every order, including orders started in an AI shopping assistant or any other third-party channel.

How these purchases work. A channel may show our products and let you check out inside its own screen. Your order is still completed through our store. Our store policies, including our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, apply to your purchase, together with the channel’s own terms and privacy policy.

What may look different. A channel can change how checkout looks, and it may not offer every option our own store does, such as certain payment methods, delivery choices, or marketing sign-ups.

Your information. To complete your order, send you status updates, prevent fraud, and meet legal requirements, we share your order details with the channel. That includes your name, email, phone number, and shipping address. Information the channel collects from you directly is covered by that channel’s own privacy policy.
